I understand that during the membership process my membership form and information must prove that I am part of an agency/facility/clinic/medical organization/ or a medical entity. I understand that if I do not meet the requirements, ParadigmMedConnect can decline my request due to the protection of applicant privacy. I will not hold ParadigmMedConnect accountable if I am declined membership. I will use ParadigmMedConnect solely for the purpose of possibly reviewing applicant, interviewing applicant, and possibly hiring applicant. I will not use applicants information for any other use other than solely for employment. I understand that ParadigmMedConnect is a resource for connecting "I" with the applicant(s) for possible employment. I am aware that if I am granted membership and any time during my membership I abuse, misuse, harass, spam, or use applicants information other than recruiting for employment, my account can be terminated at anytime with no refund.
